Indianola Cabin Coffee has been nearly two years in the making. While assisting with franchise expansion in the fall of 2019 Randy Hanna, owner, discovered the Indianola location. Randy and Becky Hanna personally purchased the lot with the intention of beginning construction the following summer. Covid had different ideas. Initial blueprints were scrapped spring of 2020 and resumed that summer with a revised layout based on the new ideas learned from the pandemic such as a more pronounced drive thru, no meeting room and covered and unique outside seating.

Although costs went up dramatically construction forged ahead, only to be delayed until the spring of 2021. Owners, Randy and Becky Hanna have connected with the Indianola school system to offer an initiative for students to take an active role in the operation of the Indianola store, not just as baristas but giving them experience in what may be their future career interest. They can assist in marketing, Human Resources, accounting, inventory, technology, food safety, etc.

We want the community of Indianola to think of Cabin Coffee as their store. Everything’s Better at the Cabin!
