Tammy’s goal of opening a soup, salad and sandwich shop and Paul’s love for coffee started the discussion of looking into Cabin Coffee Co. as a possible business venture. Starting in 2012, Paul and Tammy started their venture to open a Cabin Coffee in the Ames area opening their 1st Cabin Coffee in 2018.
Their success with the community brought the Ames Mary Greeley Hospital to asking them to open a 2nd location within the hospital. August 29, 2023; Tammy and Paul were welcomed by all with opening a 2nd Cabin Coffee inside the main entrance next to the gift shop.
