After opening their first Cabin Coffee in 2019, Jordan and Stephanie quickly came to realize that their community could use more than just one Cabin Coffee. Their plan was always to open multiple locations and they were thrilled that the success of their first store enabled them to look at opening another location so soon. In late 2021 they began the process of finding a location for their new store and identifying the perfect community with a need for a local coffee shop hub.

While they hunted for the right location, they adopted their son JJ in February of 2022 and added him into the Cabin family. He even attended the franchise meeting at 2 months old! There were many ups and downs in the selection process that took time and ultimately led to finally locating the perfect location in Plainfield, IN. Then began the process of town approvals and pursuing their dream of opening a second location.

As they proceeded through the strenuous approval process, Jordan and Stephanie adopted their daughter Kacie in August of 2023. Finally after many months, they were able to break ground on their new location in January of 2024 and are excited to open in the summer of 2024!
