Dear Loyal Cabin Coffee Customers,
As you may have heard, our Loyalty program is being discontinued by our Point-Of-Sale provider on March 31st. While this may sound like troubling news, have no fear! We are diligently working to make sure that the money on your accounts and the free drink and free coffee bean rewards that you have accumulated with us will be preserved through the transition as we search for a new partner to assist us with our continued Loyalty program.

What happens next:


If you have your PHYSICAL club card or gift card, you have nothing to worry about and transactions will ensue as normal. However, you MUST have the physical card in your possession. We WILL BE ABLE to manually look up the data via excel workbook in the event you can’t make it in by 3-31-24.


To help us ensure that this transition is as smooth as possible, we are asking that our guests who do not have physical copies of their loyalty card to come in and see us to get your new card issued.


We also have the option to move the rewards you have accrued to our app. Currently 100 points earned on the app equals 1 free drink. If you would like to move to the app, we have forms at the register to be filled out and we will transfer the data once you have set up the app on your mobile device. For example, if you have 10 free drinks, we will issue you 1000 points on the app to retain your earned rewards.


If you don’t wish to move to the app, we will be happy to issue you a physical punch card with the corresponding number of punches. For example, if you have 10 free drinks currently, we will issue you a punch card for the 10 free drinks to be redeemed at your favorite cabin coffee.
